摘要
采用Argazol NF系列活性染料对粘胶织物进行染色，讨论了硫酸钠用量、染色温度和染色时间对粘胶活性染料染色的影响，并对染色后织物的色牢度等进行了研究，确定了粘胶中性浴染色工艺为：硫酸钠用量25g／L，染色温度90～100℃，染色时间90min，JFC用量0．5g／L，浴比1：30，染色后织物的水洗牢度及干、湿摩擦牢度均较好．
Viscose fabric was dyed with Argazol NF reactive dyes. The effects of sodium sulfate dosage, dyeing temperature and time on reactive dyeing of viscose were discussed and the color fastness of dyed fabric was also investigated. The optimum neutral bath dyeing process of viscose fabric was determined： sodium sulfate 25 g/L, dyeing temperature 90-100 ℃, dyeing time 90 min, JFC 0.5 g/L, bath ratio 1：30, and the washing fastness and dry and wet crocking fastness of the dyed fabrics were good.
