摘要
将两台2MVA硅铁电炉变压器并联运行 ,增容改炼工业硅 ,并使用新配比的复合还原剂及冶炼新工艺 ;采用富氧底吹精炼技术。结果取得了较好的技术 ,经济和社会效果。
In parallel with two 2MVA FeSi furnace transformers to enlarge the capacity,using complex reductant with new burden ratio,and with new smelting and refining process blowing from furnace bottom with rich-oxygen to smelt industrial grade silicon can achieve good technical,economical and social results.
