摘要
承接国际产业转移是我国对外开放的重要内容。本文在阐述改革开放以来我国承接国际产业转移的产业结构特征基础上,选取1983-2007年外商投资数据,实证分析了国际产业转移对我国产业结构的影响。结果表明,我国利用外商直接投资越多,第二、三产业在国民经济中的比重会不断提高;外商直接投资比间接投资对第二、三产业的影响更为显著;注重外资引进对我国产业结构优化具有重要意义,为此需要进一步改善承接环境,实现利用外资产业政策的转型。
Receiving international industrial transfer is an important part in China’ s opening up.Based on the characteristics of industrial structure since China had received international industrial transfer in the reform and opening up,this paper used the foreign investment data in 1983-2007,and analyzed the influence of the China’s industrial structure from the international industrial transfer through empirical analysis.The research shows that when China uses more foreign direct investment,the proportion of the second and third industry in national economy will continuously improve;Compared to the foreign indirect investment,the foreign direct investment has more significant influence on the second and third industry;And it has important meaning in the optimization of China’s industrial structure to focus on the introduction of foreign capital.For that reason it is necessary to further improve undertake environment and realize the transformation of industrial policy by using foreign capital.
