摘要
通过对地方高校实验室建设现状的分析,阐述了实验室建设与管理的基本思路,总结了改革实验室管理体制、加强实验队伍建设、深化实验教学改革、提高实验教学质量的实践经验。
Based on the analysis of construction status of the local university laboratory, this paper describes the hasic ideas of construction and management of the laboratory, sums up the practical experience of reforming laboratory management system, strengthening the construction of experimental team, deepening experimental teaching reform, and improving the quality of experimental teaching.
