“Flexible manufacturing system” based on training tasks

摘要 柔性制造系统是一种能适应加工对象变换的自动化机械制造系统。在高校实训教学中,迫切需要开发一套能够达到工业生产标准、完全接近于生产实际的柔性制造系统,实训项目必须尽可能接近工业生产中的工作任务。按照真实产品的加工工艺,在对柔性制造系统典型功能及对应岗位工作任务分析的基础上,归纳工作过程所涉及的任务,再将其分解成为一个个相对独立的任务单元,用每个独立的任务单元来对应相应的实训教学模块,由工作任务来确定实训内容,构建满足工作任务驱动的模块化柔性制造系统实训装备。 The "Flexible manufacturing system" is a automated machinery manufacturing system which could adapt the changeable processing object. It is of great importance to develop a flexible manufacturing system which could not only meet the standard of industrial production, but also be suitable for the actual production situation, besides, the task of training project should be firmly similar with the mission in the industrial pro- cessing. Based on both actual product recipe and analysis, this paper provides not only the typical function in flexible manufacture system but also the task in the corresponding job position, and also summarizes the tasks in the working process, and separates them into a lot of independent units. Using these independent units, the flexible manufacturing system could determine the training content according to the working task, and then build a modularized training equipment which could meet the tasks given by the manufacturing system.
