摘要
目的调查珠海市院前急救医务人员的职业损伤现状。方法采用自设的问卷,对珠海市院前急救医务人员的职业防护意识、防护行为、影响其防护的原因进行调查分析。结果院前急救医务人员防护意识欠缺,防护措施不严,职业性损伤形势严峻。结论有针对性地完善相关制度及防护设施,强化职业损伤意识培训,督促院前急救医务人员工作中自觉采取防护措施,可最大限度地减少其职业性损伤。
Objective To investigate the Occupational injury of first - aid medical personnel in Zbuhai City. Methods Using the self - set questionnaire, investigate and analyze the first - aid medical personnel in occupational protection consciousness, protective behavior and affect reasons. Results First - aid medical personnel lack of self protection consciousness, slake off protective measures and the prevalence situation of occupational injury is serious. Conclusion Take to perfect the relevant system and protection facilities, strengthen and train vocational awareness, supervise first - aid medical personnel consciously to take protective measures, so as to decrease the occupational injury furthest.
