摘要
目的探讨综合医院在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情过程中新建隔离院区救治体系的建设及管理要点,保护患者和医务人员的生命安全。方法按照国家、军队和卫生行政管理部门的制度要求,结合医院场地和人员情况,对隔离观察点救治体系进行梳理总结,归纳严格规范、切实可行的措施和建议。结果隔离观察点自成立以来,患者救治工作有序开展,各项措施落实严格,阶段性完成疫情防控“零传入、零感染”的目标任务。结论隔离观察点各项救治和防控措施规范有效,为今后类似任务的开展提供有益借鉴。
Objective To explore the establishment and management of the new treatment system via isolation in general hospital so as to protect the lives of patients and medical staff.Methods According to the system requirements of the state,the army and the administrative department of health,and in combination with the situation of hospital site and personnel,the treatment system of isolated observation station was sorted out,and strictly standardized and feasible measures and suggestions were provided.Results Since the establishment of the isolated observation station,the treatment of patients was conducted orderly.The measures were implemented strictly.The target task of“zero introduction,zero infection”for epidemic prevention and control has been completed in stages.Conclusion The treatment and prevention measures at the isolation observation station are standardized and effective,and it provides a useful reference for the similar tasks in the future.
