摘要
目的将临床路径式教学法引入到临床教学工作之中,提高临床护理教学效果和教学质量。方法将60名实习护生按照随机数据表法随机分为两组(各30名),观察组采用临床路径(CP)教学法,对照组仍沿用传统的教学方式,实施4周后,进行考核评价。结果两组护生的理论和操作考核成绩均有显著差异,观察组优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 CP教学法能显著提高临床教学效果。
Objective Adapt the Clinical - Pathway - Teaching Method into the clinical teaching for the purpose of improving the teaching effect and quality. Methods 60 practical nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups each with 30 following the random number method. Then we teach observing group by the Clinical - Pathway - Teaching Method while the other control group by the tradition method. After 4 weeks, we exam all the practical nurses and estimated the teaching effect. Results There were significant differences between the two groups and the Clinical Pathway - Teaching Method group was better than the other one. p 〈 0. 05. Conclusion CP Teaching method can markedly elevate the effect of clinical teaching.
