慢性心力衰竭的治疗进展 被引量：11

摘要 慢性心力衰竭（简称慢性心衰）按照ACC／AHA慢性心衰分期法分为A、B、C、D等四个阶段。A阶段指存在有发展为心力衰竭（简称心衰）的高度危险因素，但无心脏结构性改变，对于此期应控制易患因表：如戒烟、戒酒、减肥、运动、控制血糖及血压。B阶段指有心脏结构性改变，
