摘要
随着中美双边谈判的成功，中国加入世界贸易组织的进程明显加快，中国保险业的开放已经迫在眉睫。民族保险业如何面对海外保险机构的竞争，迎接这次开放带给保险业的机遇与挑战，已经成为世人瞩目的热点。本文首先阐述了中国开放保险市场的重要意义，然后着重论述了中国加入ＷＴＯ之后民族保险业所面临的压力与机遇，最后对中国民族保险业的快速发展进行了预测。
With the sino - American bilateral negotiation ended in success, the pace China joining WTO has been speeded up, and the Chinese insurance services are expected to be opened in the foreseeable future. As the competition from the forergn counterparts introduced, how to meet the opportunity and Chanllege has been the focus of the demestrc insurance services. This article firstly illustrates the great significance of China's openning insurance market to the outsideworld It also gives a lengthy disscussion on the the pressure and the opportunity the national insurance will face. Finally, it forecasts that the Chinese insurance services all enter a new era of rapid development.
