摘要
为进一步合理开发特色乡土文化资源,促进河北省农村文化产业的持续发展,对河北省乡土文化资源产业开发的原则和路径进行了探讨。研究认为,对其有效开发必须要坚持面向市场、合理规划、自主创新、可持续发展的原则,必须要搭建信息平台,拓宽融资渠道,完善保障体系,增强创意意识,培养创意人才,激活创意引擎,整合优势资源,打造品质项目,增强品牌效应,延长产业链,走特色开发的道路。
Reasonable development of the local characteristic cultural resources is advantageous to the rural cultural industry sustainable development in Hebei province. The effective development, should be conducted by insisting on the principles of facing the market, reasonable planning, independent innovation, and sustainable development, building an information platform to widen financing channel, perfect safeguard system, enhance creative consciousness, cultivate creative tal- ents, activate the creative engine, integrating advantage resources to implement quality projects, enhance brand effect, extend the industrial chain and walk along a characteristic development road.
