高仿真模拟教学用于危机处理的非技术技能评估及培训 被引量:11

摘要 为了弥补临床危机处理教学中非技术技能的训练方面的不足,本研究利用高仿真模拟教学系统,对麻醉科住院医师进行危急处理场景模拟训练,每个情景模拟后回放录像讨论、评估和分析,强化学员对任务管理、团队协作、状况认知和决策能力重要性的认知和执行力,使得受训者在非技术技能各方面的成绩有了明显提高,取得了良好效果。
