摘要
为解决对经过麻醉培训的外科实习医师进行有效考核的问题,我们在出科考试中采用模拟病例与高仿真模拟人相结合的方式,建立典型考试题库,考试设计充分发挥模拟教学可重复、无伤害、逼真再现临床场景的功能,检验轮转医师真实临床能力。这一举措适应了新形势下对实习医师考核的需要,取得了良好成效。
A scientific and effective evaluation should be established at the end of rotation in anesthesiology department for surgical interns. A new way to assess the interns＇ knowledge and clinieal ability after rotation by case simulation and using high fidelity stimulator was developed. The evaluation process took full advantages of simulation education which was no harm to patients and could duplicate the clinical scenarios vividly. This new approach meets the need to evaluate interns＇ clinical ability under new situation, meets the need to evaluate interns＇ clinical ability, and has achieved good results.
