摘要
目的:探讨Young图式问卷(简版)(YSQ-SF)中文版在正常人中的信效度。方法:经YSQ-SF版权所属机构授权,将YSQ-SF译为中文版,其中包含75个条目,15个因子。采取方便取样以293例成年健康志愿者为研究对象,以YSQ-SF中文版和症状自评量表(SCL-90)为工具,由评定者采用统一指导语介绍后,由受试者进行YSQ-SF和SCL-90自我测评,分析YSQ-SF内部一致性及与SCL-90的相关性。4周后随机抽取其中104例受试再次进行YSQ-SF自我测评,检验YSQ-SF的重测信度。采用探索性因素分析方法,对YSQ-SF各维度进行结构效度分析。结果:YSQ-SF总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.97,分量表的α系数为0.70～0.92;总量表的重测信度为0.90,分量表的重测信度在0.69～0.89之间,均P<0.01。YSQ各因子分与SCL-90各因子分呈正相关(r=0.11～0.53,P<0.01);探索性因子分析共得到15个因子,累积贡献率为69.9%。结论:Young图式问卷(简版)中文版在正常人中具有较好的信效度,可作为早期适应不良图式的筛查工具。
Objective： To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Version （YSQ-SF） in normal population. Methods： The YSQ-SF was authorized to translate into Chinese version, which contained 75 entries and 15 factors. Totally 293 adult healthy volunteers were selected by convenience sampling and were assessed with the Chinese version of YSQ-SF and Symptom Checklist 90. The internal consistency and criterion validity were tested. A lot of 104 subjects were assessed with the Chinese version of YSQ-SF to test the test-retest reliability of YSQ-SF. Results： The Cronbach＇ alpha coefficient for YSQ-SF total scale was 0. 97, and those for YSQ-SF subscales were 0. 70 - 0. 92. The test-retest reliability for total scale was 0. 90, and those for subscales were 0. 69- 0. 89. Each factor of YSQ-SF was positively correlated with each factor of SCL-90 （r =0. 11 -0. 53, P 〈0. 01）. The exploratory factor analysis was completed to determine fifteen factors, and the accumulated explained variance was 69. 9%. Conclusion： It suggests that the Chinese version of Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Version has good reliability and validity in normal population, which could be used as early maladaptive schema screening tool.
