摘要
用 3种润滑条件进行一种汽车零件的冲压 ,对零件成形后的应变进行分析 ,比较了 3种润滑条件下的成形效果 ,并对无润滑条件下的优化选材进行预测 。
One kind of automobile parts are press formed under three different lubrication conditions and the strain of the press formed parts is analyzed,and then their results are compared.More over the possible results of press forming for the part of selected material under non lubrication condition are predicted.It is concluded that parts of this kind can be press formed without lubrication.
