无溶剂直接酯化法合成亚油酸甾烷醇酯的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了得到甾烷醇与亚油酸在无溶剂条件下,直接酯化法合成亚油酸甾烷醇酯的最佳工艺条件,以酯化率和体系氧化程度为考察指标,单因素考察筛选利于合成的底物酸醇摩尔比、催化剂添加量、反应温度和反应时间,并采用L9(34)正交实验进一步优化得出最佳合成工艺:亚油酸与甾烷醇的摩尔比3∶1,催化剂用量3%,反应时间5h,反应温度150℃,在此条件下,亚油酸甾烷醇酯的酯化率达到81.23%。采用薄层色谱,高效液相色谱和近红外光谱对亚油酸甾烷醇酯进行了鉴定,并研究了亚油酸甾烷醇酯的热力学特性。 To optimize the synthesizing of phytostanyl linoleate by direct esterification of phytostanols and linolic acid without solvent.With the esterification rate and oxidized degree as evaluation indicators, single factor exploration was performed to find out the suitable substrate molar ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time, and the optimal synthesis parameters were obtained after L9 (34) orthogonal design was adopted as the molar ratio of phytostanols and linolic acid was 3"1 ,the catalyst was added as 3% ,reacted 5h at 150~C.The esterification rate of phytostanyl linoleate reached to 81.23%. Moreover, the phytostanyl linoleate was identified by TLC, HPLC and IR respectively,and its thermodvnamical orooertv was also studied.
