碳热法生产稀土硅化物合金的物料性质(Ⅱ)——气孔率与抗压强度 被引量:2

Physical properties of raw materials used in producing rare earth silicide alloy by carbon thermal reduction method(Ⅱ) ——Pore ratio and compressive strength

摘要 测定了稀土矿加两种不同碳质还原剂的团块在常温下、773K焙烧后、1 573~ 1 773K分别焙烧后的气孔率与压制压力的关系 ,也测定了这两种团块在焙烧前、773K及 1 2 73~ 1 673K分别焙烧后的抗压强度与焙烧温度和时间的关系。 This study was focussed upon the porosity (pore ratio) and compressive strength of the raw material, which was mixed the rare earth concentrates with two kinds of carbon reductants, A 0 and B 0, and pressed into compacts. After the compacts were roasted at 773 K, 1 573~1 773 K respectively, their porosity and compressive strength were measured, and were compared with those of the compacts un roasted. The results show that, the porosity of all compacts decreases with increasing pressing pressure linearly, and the porosities of the compacts roasted at 1 573~1 773 K reach to 50%~55%; the compressive strength of the compacts roasted at 773 K increases remarkably, but those of the compacts roasted at 1 273~1 673 K decrease with the increase of roasting temperature and time.
