稀土硅化物合金粉化原因的探讨及措施 被引量:1

摘要 文章从合金冶炼原料工艺技术条件、产品含硅量、合金中杂质含量以及合金浇注冷却速度等方面,分析了现行生产工艺所生产的稀土硅铁合金粉化原因,提出了控制硅铁合金粉化的措施。 In the article, it is analyzed the main causes for pulverization of RE - silicide ahoy produced with current manufacturing technique from raw materials of smelting ahoy, technological conditions, content of silicon in the products, content of inclusions in ahoy, and cooling velocity of pouring alloy, etc, as well as proposed the measures to control it.
