摘要
在磨矿-分级回路中,矿石存在着不同程度的过磨,对于有价重矿物尤为严重。等降分级是造成有价重矿物过磨的重要原因之一。为了克服等降分级的这种缺陷,本文研究了用旋流闪速浮选新方法来解决磨矿分级回路中有价重矿物的过磨问题. 为了探索这种新方法的可行性,利用自制的旋流闪速分选系统,进行了旅流闪速浮选试验。试验研究表明,旋流闪速浮选可以大大减少磨矿分级回路中有价重矿物的过磨。在此基础上,本文对影响旅流闪速浮选的因素以及旋流闪速浮选与分级的对比进行了研究,并进行了旋流闪速分选器结构参数的优化,为以后设计工业用旋流闪速分选器的按比例放大提供了依据。
There exists overgrinding to minerals in the grinding classification circuits, especially to the valuable high specific gravity minerals. The principle of the hydraulic classification is the main reason foal gives rise to overgrinding. In this paper, beyond the flash flotation, further develops the new technology of the cyclone flash flotation to avoid overgrinding of minerals. In order to explore the feasibility of the new method, the cyclone flash flotation experiments are carried out with the cyclone flash flotation system which is designed by authors. Experiment results show that the overgrinding of minerals can be decreased enormously by the cyclone flash flotation. And the effect of structure parameters and operation parameters on cyclone flash flotation are studied. The optimization of the structure parameters is carried out so as to provide the basis for scale-up of the design of the industrial cyclone flash flotation.
