摘要
闪速浮选技术是一种应用在磨矿分级回路分选分级沉砂的选矿技术,对于减少目的矿物过磨,实现能收早收具有重要意义。本文归纳总结了闪速浮选技术适用的矿石工艺条件以及影响闪速浮选效果的因素,并介绍了近些年来闪速适用矿种的扩展情况以及闪速浮选试验方法的研究进展。然后总结了闪速浮选装备方面的研究和应用进展,其中矿冶集团开发的YX系列闪速浮选机是目前工业应用最广泛的闪速浮选设备。最后提出了随着矿山规模的增加以及矿石性质的差异化,大型化和专属化是闪速浮选装备的发展方向。随着矿产资源的不断开发,闪速浮选技术具有非常广阔的应用前景。
Flash flotation is a mineral processing technique used in grinding and classification circuit to recover valuable minerals from the cyclone underflow.The technology is essential for reducing the over-grinding of target minerals and realizing early recovery.This paper summarizes the ore processing conditions applicable to flash flotation technology.If there is a certain amount of target minerals with high dissociation degree in the settling sand,and the grade of the target minerals is higher than that in the overflow,or if it is found through tailings analysis that the loss rate of fine-grained metals in the tailings is high,that is,the minerals have been over ground,or if the natural floatability of the target minerals is good,such as gold ore and graphite ore,it can be considered that flash flotation is suitable for the above ore conditions.Then it is analyzed in this article the factors that affect the effectiveness of flash flotation,including the properties of the ore itself,reagents and process parameters,flotation equipment operating parameters,etc.,all of which can affect the effect of flash flotation.The following introduces the expansion of flash applicable minerals in recent years and the research progress of flash flotation test methods.The most typical application is in the field of gold flotation where the"gravity reverse enrichment"effect is more pronounced.The BGRIMM Technology Group conducted continuous experiments on flash flotation of crystalline graphite,verifying that flash flotation has a certain protective effect on graphite flakes.Through conducting industrial experiments of flash flotation in lead-zinc and copper mines,the recovery rate of associated gold and silver in the ore has been significantly improved while ensuring that the recovery of target sulfide minerals is not affected.In terms of research methods,it is possible to qualitatively analyze the feasibility of flash flotation by exploring the presence of fast floating components in ores through batch-scale experiments.However,it is still impossible to evaluate the quantitative impact of flash flotation implementation on the entire process indicators in industry.The following summarizes the research and application progress of flash flotation equipment,with the largest equipment specification currently reaching 85m3.Among them,the YX series flash flotation machine developed by the BGRIMM Technology Group is currently the most widely used flash flotation equipment in industrial applications.Currently,the YX series flash flotation machines are widely used in gold,copper,lead-zinc,graphite mines and so on.Finally,it is proposed that with the increase of mine exploiting scale and the differentiation of ore properties,enlargement and specialization are the development directions of flash flotation equipment.With the continuous development of mineral resources,flash flotation technology has a very broad application prospect.
