摘要
在分析修边冲孔模结构设计特点的基础上 ,提出了一种以UG作为开发平台的三维修边冲孔模CAD系统结构。文中给出了该系统的设计流程和实现方法 ,对该系统主要功能模块作了概括性的描述 ,并给出了应用实例。
Based on the analysis of trimming and punching die structure features,the typical structures of trimming and punching dies are summarized.The author proposes a three dimensional CAD system based on Unigraphics platform for panel trimming and punching die structure design.The design process and implementation of the CAD system are introduced,the main modules of the system described,and an application example is given in the paper.
