摘要
叙述了贵州东部电网１９９９年“４．２４”保护误动事故，重点介绍了利用全球卫星定位系统（ＧＰＳ）同步时钟在线路两侧进行故障暂态同步试验的原理和方法。通过ＧＰＳ同步试验查清了这次高频保护误动的原因。
The maloperation of transmission line protection which occurred in East Guizhou Power Network on April 24, 1999 is presented. A method in which the GPS is used as time synchronization in protective relaying tester is described emphatically. By means of GPS, the reason of the maloperation is found out.
