摘要
采用正交设计法研究山苍子油β-环糊精包结的制备工艺。结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1ml:8g,β-环糊精与水的比例为1g:5ml。
The preparation procedure of inclusion compound of β cyclodextrin with volatile oil of Fructus Litseae was studied by orthogonal experiment design. The optimum preparation conditions were a proportion of 1∶8 (ml∶g) for oil to β cyclodextrin, a proportion of 1∶5 (g∶ml) for β cyclodextrin to water, stirring for 2 hours at 35℃.
