摘要
目的优化肠康宁中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法采用正交实验对β-环糊精包合的主要工艺参数进行筛选,以包合物得率及包合物油率为指标,选定最佳工艺,并采用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果肠康宁中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺的最佳工艺为:采用机械搅拌法,肠康宁片挥发油与β-CD包合物投料比为1∶8,加水量为10倍,包合温度30℃,搅拌时间1.5h。结论此工艺可提高制剂稳定性,方法简便易行,能适用于大生产。
Objective To optimize the including preparation for Curcuma volatile oil with β-cyclodextrin. Methods Indexes including the ratio of obtained inclusion compound and oiliness in inclusion compound were used to evaluate the technologies by orthogonal design. Object and phrase identification have been done with TLC and UV spectrophotometry. Results The optimized experimental conditions were A2 B3 C2 ,which were with proportion of 1: 8, temperature at 30℃ and 1.5 hours for including. Conclusion The including technology is simple, reliable and efficient to improve the stability of volatile, which fits the factory production.
