摘要
用截留值10000的聚丙烯腈膜研究了7种中药体系的超滤情况,发现各种体系的相对通量有大致相同的变化趋势;4种体系中代表性成分测定结果表明,有效成分的回收率都在60%以上,明显地高于醇沉后的回收率。
Ultrafiltration of 7 kinds of decoction from traditional Chinese herbs (including 5 complex prescriptions) was studied.The variation of the relative flux of membrane (J/J 0) with time were measured and the recovery ratio of active constituents were determined.
