摘要
通过化学方法,UV光谱,薄层层析图等分析测试手段检测了柴胡的有效成分,并对柴胡生品和醋炙品所含有效成分挥发油,皂甙进行了定量实验研究,总皂甙含量基本不变,而柴胡醋炙品比其生品含量下降了约20%,其1:10蒸馏液在276+1nm波长出的光密度值下降约26.7%,所以醋炙可影响柴胡的有效成分的收率。
Through chemical method, UV spectroscopy, thin-layer ehromatogram analysis means for detecting the effective components of Radix Bupleuri Radix Bupleuri, health products and vinegar processing products containing effective components of volatile oil, saponins were quantitative experimental research, total sapon.in content basically unchanged, and Bupleurum vinegar processing goods than the goods content decreased. About 20%, the 1:10 distilled liquid in 276+1nm wavelength optical density values drop about 26.7%, so the vinegar processing can influence the effective constituents of the yield of bupleurum.
