CD_(44)v6和nm23-H_1表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移相关性的研究 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨CD44v6和nm23H1表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法对52例大肠癌标本的CD44v6和nm23H1的表达进行研究。结果:CD44v6的高表达和nm23H1的低表达与大肠癌的浸润程度和淋巴结转移均有关(P<005)。在本组转移淋巴结中CD44v6阳性表达为893%(25/28)。在大肠癌中CD44v6和nm23H1表达呈负相关(P<005)。结论:CD44v6和nm23H1表达在大肠癌进展和淋巴结转移中起作用。同时检测CD44v6和nm23H1表达可作为预测大肠癌进展程度和淋巴结转移的一项比较客观的指标。
