摘要
"十二五"时期是我国残疾人社会保障和服务体系建设和实现"人人享有康复服务"目标的关键时期,辅助器具科研工作作为重要技术支撑面临的任务十分艰巨。做好辅助器具科研工作,需要有关部门、协会组织发挥作用,加强宏观统筹与协调;需要相关科研机构、企业等进一步认清当前我国辅助器具科研工作基本形势与主要任务。本文结合我国辅助器具科研工作政策与需求现状,就当前我国辅助器具科研工作的形势和主要任务进行分析与探讨。
＂12th Five-year Plan＂ period is critical to build China social security and disabled service systems.Assistive devices research as an important technical support for the systems faces a very difficult task.Relevant departments and associations need to play a role on the assistive devices research.Co-ordination and to strengthen macro-coordination,related research institutions,enterprises and so on need to further understand the China＇s basic situation and the main task of the current research work.The paper discussed the basic task of assistive devices research based on the work policies and demand.
