摘要
研究添加活性炭载体、活性炭滤层对硫酸盐还原相反应器的启动及硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)在反应器中分布的影响.采用两组平行的经改造的UASB反应器,一组添加活性炭载体并在反应器上部添加活性炭滤层(1#),一组不添加任何载体(2#),对比分析硫酸盐还原相反应器启动过程中各分析相的变化、SRB生物相差异及SRB的分布情况.结果表明,两组反应器均能成功启动,但1#启动时间比2#时间短.1#形成的颗粒污泥粒径约为1.0~1.2mm,约为2#的2倍.2#中仍有部分结构松散的絮状污泥.1#SRB主要分布在反应器的底部的活性炭载体上和反应器上部的活性炭滤层的下部,而2#SRB较均匀分布在反应器各部分,因此2#出水色度差.
In order to analyse the influence of the activated carbon and carbon filter layer on the start of sulfate- reducing reactor and sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) distribution in the reactor, two sets of parallel transformed UASB reactor 1^# and 2^# were used, which with adding activated carbon and activated carbon filter layer in the upper part of reactor and without adding any carrier, respectively. Phase change, SRB biological phase difference and the distribution of SRB in the process of sulfate-reducing reactor startup were compared and analyzed. The re- suits indicate that both of the two reactors are able to successfully start, but the start time in 1^# is shorter than that in 2^# and the size of the formation of granular sludge is about 1.0 - 1.2mm which is about twice as big as 2^#. There is also part of the loose structure of the sludge floc in 2^#. 1^# SRB is mainly on activated carbon in the bottom of the reactor and the lower layer of activated carbon filter of the upper part of the reactor, while 1^# SRB is evenly distributed in all parts of the reactor, thus 2^# has poor water color.
