摘要
知识、能力、品格是素质形成的核心要素,三者相互作用共同内化为素质。高素质人才培养必须注重"知识、能力、品格"三位一体的协调发展。
Knowledge,ability and character are the core factors of forming quality.The three internalizes into quality through mutual interaction.To cultivate high-quality talent,more attention must be paid to the coordinated development of the trinity of knowledge,ability and character.
