摘要
教学机智是指在一定的教学情境中,教师瞬间作出的具有教育意义的创新行动,体现在教师身上则是一种实践性知识。实践性知识在教师专业发展中具有重要地位,它大致可以成为教师职业间与职业内进行区分的关键性标志。由此可以推论,教学机智作为特定教学情境中的教学行动,它以鲜明的个性化教学成功满足了教师专业发展的更高要求。
Teaching tact is an instant creative pedagogical acting that it is done by a teacher in the teaching situations,and it embodies a kind of practical knowledge of a teacher.The practical knowledge has played an important role in teacher professional development,which is a key criterion to distinguish within the career and occupations.So teaching tact successful meets the higher requirements of teacher professional development with an individual instruction in specific teaching situations.
