摘要
从理论上看,教师是受过专业训练的教育工作者,拥有教育的权威。然而,近年来家长直接或间接干预学校教育行为的现象愈加普遍,家长干预甚至成为学校教育改革推进过程中一个重要的阻力源。从新经济社会学的嵌入性理论看来,家长的诉求和干预是社会关系、社会结构等嵌入其中后的必然体现。学校教育者的行为,必须顾及作为学校利益相关者家长的诉求,其教育决策其实便是一个诸多利益平衡和理性选择的过程。
In theory,teachers are professional educators and they own educational authority.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of parents'intervention with schools'education behaviors has gone widespread increasingly,and even it has been an important source of resistance to school educational reformation's pushing process.Based on the embedding theory of the new economic sociology,the parents'appeal and intervention are the inevitable reflections of social relations and structures which has been inset.The actions of school educators should give consideration to the appeals that come from the parents who are stakeholders of schools'profits,and their educational decision-making is a process of making the balance between kinds of benefits and choosing rationally.
