摘要
地方政府在教育发展中起着重要的作用,为了促进地区教育发展,地方政府需要改革教育治理模式。通过对改革过程的考察,发现地方政府教育治理模式改革嵌入一定的社会环境之中,地方政府教育治理模式的变化深受其影响。
Chinese government plays a very important role in educational development, and in order to promote the local education development, the government carries out a series of reforms on the modes of educational governance. By the investigation of reforming process, reforms on the modes of educational governance of local government are found to be embedded in social environment and are greatly influenced.
