摘要
对于沿圆周分度需加工不同部位的的轴类零件来说,利用万能分度头在数控铣床上可以方便地实现圆周分度。针对不锈钢材料难加工的特点,通过实例指出在进行钻削或铣削不锈钢材料时要选择合理的刀具与恰当的切削用量,以达到较好的加工质量与表面粗糙度。合理选用CAD/CAM软件如UG可以很方便地实现零件的造形和加工。
For the requiring maching different shaft parts by dividing along the circumference,it can realize dividing along the circumference maching on the numerical control milling machine by universal dividing.
