摘要
针对1Cr18Ni9Ti在切削过程中加工硬化严重、切削力大、切削温度高和切屑不易折断等原因造成的切削性能较差的特点。通过热处理以改善材料的组织,合理选择刀具材料、几何参数、切削用量和切削液等,以改进1Cr18Ni9Ti的车削加工工艺。获得了理想的切削效果,大大降低生产成本,提高了生产效率。
The cutting character lost greatly due to over- work hardening, heavy cutting force, high temperature and scraps not- easy- breaks- off in the cutting process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The better turning performance with low production cost and high production efficiency has been achieved by improving the production technology of 1Cr18Ni9Ti utilizing a series of methods, such as heating treatment to gain better material structure, and choosing suitable cutting tools, geometry parameters, cutting amouts and cutting fluid for cutting tools.
