摘要
科学有效的管理对图书馆职能的发挥具有关键性的作用,深化内部管理体制改革是图书馆发展的客观需要。本文结合西安石油学院图书馆施行目标管理和量化考核的实践以及初步取得的效果,就深化高校图书馆内部管理体制改革问题作了一些论述。
Effective scientific management is the key to exert library's function, and deepening interior management system reformation is a external need of developing library. Taking practices of objective management and quantitative examination of Xi'an Petroleum Institute library and its elementary effect for example, author discuss some problems about interior management system of libraries of colleges and universities.
