摘要
文章运用自编问卷抽样分析地方高校毕业生就业压力感的现状和特点。结果表明:地方高校毕业生的总体压力感略低于中点"3";女毕业生在面试恐惧上显著高于男毕业生;理科毕业生在综合素质担忧上显著高于文科毕业生;工作无着落毕业生在面试恐惧和公平性顾虑上显著高于工作有着落学生;家庭经济贫困的毕业生在面试恐惧、公平性顾虑和综合素质担忧上显著高于经济状况良好的毕业生;对自身专业学习质量不满意的毕业生在面试恐惧、待遇担忧和入职紧张程度上显著高于满意组毕业生。
The author uses the self- made questionnaire to analyze the status and characteristics of local col- lege graduates'job - hunting pressure feeling (JHPF), which shows that local college graduates'total JHPF is slightly lower than the mid - point "3". Females'fears of interview (FI) are significantly higher than males. Liberal arts graduates get significantly higher scores on overall competence concerns ( OCC ) than science graduates. Graduates who are uncertain to get a job have significantly higher FI and fairness concerns (FC) score than those certain graduates. Graduates who suffer from poverty get significantly higher scores on FI, FC and OCC than those from well - off families. Graduates who are dissatisfied with their own professional learning get significantly higher scores on FI, income concems and entry tension than those with satisfaction.
