摘要
题名是读者检索的重要检索点,也是采编工作查重的重要途径,因此题名的规范和统一著录十分重要。然而,对于题名中的标点符号,目前各图书馆主要根据其在题名中的具体作用来确定著录方式,这种做法容易导致著录结果不一致,从而影响检索效率。题名中的标点符号如果采用照录的著录方式,不仅能降低题名中的标点符号的著录难度,而且有利于实现题名中标点符号的统一著录,从而提高读者检索的效率和采编工作的质量。
Title is the important retrieval point for users,and is also the important way to duplicate checking in the purchasing and cataloging work,so the normal and unified description of title is very important.However,the description method of the punctuation in title is mainly based on its concrete effects.The method easily leads to different description results and influences the retrieval efficiency.If the description of the punctuation in title uses objective copying model,it not only reduces the description difficulty of the punctuation in title and is beneficial to the unity of the description of the punctuation in title,but also is beneficial to improve retrieval efficiency of readers and the quality of the purchasing and cataloging work.
