摘要
书目数据著录是图书馆文献组织的基础性工作,其中200字段题名与责任者项著录质量对整个MARC书目数据质量和读者有效检索指数有很大的影响。文章通过200字段大量典型的著录实例,就书目数据著录中信息源的选取原则、著录用文字的标准化以及著录内容的准确性等问题进行了分析和说明,以期与同行沟通交流,共同提高书目数据质量,特别是200字段题名与责任者项的著录质量。
The description of bibliographical data is a basic and professional work in a library of which the description of the titles and authors in the 200 field will greatly influence on the retrieval as well as the data quality of MARC system.This article makes an analysis of the optional principle of information resources,the standardization of words used,and the accuracy of the contents in the description of titles through plenty of typical examples in the hope of communication with fellows,improving the description quality,and the description quality of titles and authors in the 200 field in particular.
