摘要
人类进入21世纪,环境危机愈加突显。可持续发展理念呼唤新的环境觉醒,必然导向循环经济：反思传统的发展理念,在可持续发展的视域重新定位循环经济。其一＂大循环＂谋求＂全球性问题＂的合作与协调;其二宏观层面的＂区域性问题＂,需要制定我国循环经济发展的战略与对策;其三微观层面的企业行为需要新理念的指导与调整。
Into the 21th century, the environmental crisis is becoming more apparent. The concept of the sustainable development appeals to new environmental awakening, this inevitablely leads to a circular economy： rethink the traditional concept of development; in the field of sustainable development, reposition the circular e- conomy. One is the ＂great circular＂ seeking the cooperation and coordination of the ＂global issues＂; the second is the ＂regional issues＂ in macro-level, needing to institute the strategy and countermeasures of the development of our country＇s circular economy. The third is the micro-level behavior identity needing for new concept to guide and adjust.
