摘要
由于企业环境战略联盟可以实现循环经济的资源信息的共享,共同进行循环经济技术的开发,有利于加强对循环经济的监督,所以企业环境战略联盟有利于实现循环经济。同时,博弈模型也证明了这一观点。但企业环境战略联盟在达成和运行过程中也会碰到各种困难,必须要想法克服。建立一个行之有效的企业环境战略联盟,要注意强化企业的循环经济意识,建立有效的管理机构,发挥好政府在其中的作用,但注意不能用政府力量取代市场机制。
Because the enterprises＇ environment strategic alliance can help share the resource information of circular economy, promote technological development and strengthen the supervision of circular economy, this alliance can help realize circular economy, which the game model has also proved. Nevertheless, some obstacles in the formation and operation of this alliance are waiting for solutions. An effective alliance of this kind relies on the strengthening of the enterprise＇ s consciousness of circular economy, the effective management institutions, and a positive role of the government. However, the government should not replace the market mechanism.
