摘要
脓毒症已成为现代危重病医学面临的普遍存在而又十分复杂的问题，加强脓毒症的研究，探索新的治疗方法和药物具有十分重要的理论价值和临床意义。姜黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗菌、抗氧化等多种药理作用，且毒性低，具有良好的临床应用潜力。近20年又发现它是一种潜在的免疫调节剂，能够用于脓毒症和脓毒性休克的治疗。
Sepsis has become a widespread and very complex issue for modern critical care meatcme. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and clinical significance that we should strengthen the study of sepsis and explore new treatments and drugs. It has been found that curcumin had anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, antibacterial, antioxidant and other pharmacological effects, low toxicity, and a good potential for clinical applica- tion. Moreover,it was thought to be potentially immunomodulatory in the last two decades. A number of experi- mental studies had elicited that curcumin could be used for sepsis and septic shock. This article reviews the immune regulation mechanism of curcumin in sepsis.
