摘要
随着计算机网络通信技术的快速发展和网上数字文献资源的日益丰富,高校图书馆作为信息的中枢地位,正面临着日益严峻的挑战,图书馆不再是向人们提供信息的唯一渠道。很多图书馆查不到的资料,在互联网上都有可能查到。因此图书馆服务的各个环节都要发生改变,发生服务对象社会化,服务内容多样化,服务手段现代化,服务方式多元化等新特征。
With the rapid development of computer network communication technology,and online digital document resources are becoming richer,the university library as the central position of information,is facing a growing challenge,the library is no longer the only channel of information to provide people with.Many libraries finding out information on the Internet are likely to be found.Therefore,all aspects of library services should be changed,the occurrence of the new features of the clients socialization,diversification of services,the modernization of the service means a service diversification.
