摘要
根据L-C型组合式制动梁的结构特点,以TB/T 1978—2007《铁道货车组合式制动梁》规定的载荷为依据,建立制动梁有限元模型.运用Ansys Workbench软件分析绘制出了制动梁装配体的应力分布云图及变形图,同时对该型制动梁进行实物试验,结果表明:最大应力发生在弓形梁和支柱接触顶部两侧,接近零件的许用应力,计算结果与试验结果一致,满足使用要求.
According to the structure characteristics of L-C combined brake beam,and with TB/T 1978-2007 "The Combined Brake Beam for Railway Freight Cars"based on the provisions of the load,the finite element model is established.Mises stress and deformation figure are analysed by Ansys Workbench software of combined brake beam,at the same time,for this type of brake beam physical experiment,the calculation results show that the maximum stress generates in top sides of bow beam and the pillar,and is close to the allowable stress of bow beam.The calculated and test results are consistent,and meet the requirements.
