摘要
随着大学生志愿活动的蓬勃发展,大学生志愿服务已经成为学术界讨论的重要话题。文章根据中国期刊全文数据库检索系统,对近10年来大学生志愿服务相关学术论文进行统计分析。总体看来,国内大学生志愿服务研究经历了三个阶段,取得了一定的研究成果。文章还对大学生志愿服务的价值、动机、管理机制等几个方面的研究成果进行了总结和分析,以期进一步推动该领域的研究。
With the flourishing development in Voluntary service of University Students, It is the discussion focus in academic circles. Statistics Analysis of the papers about voluntary service of university students in CNKI in the last ten years.It showed that the research gaining a certain researching achievement and experienced three periods.It＇s summarize and analyze the value and motivation and management mechanism of voluntary service of university students to promoting further research development in the field.
