摘要
全球化的发展促进了中国社会的转型 ,也深刻地影响了中国青年志愿服务 ,并为之带来了三方面的挑战和四方面的机遇。中国青年志愿服务为谋求创新发展 ,需从观念更新、体制创新、能力建设等方面进行积极应对。
The globalization has been advancing the social tran sf orm of China,and has throughout influence on the Chinese youth volunteer service .In such a situation,the youth volunteer service faces challenges and opportunit ies.For the innovation and development of Chinese youth volunteer service,the re new of ideals,the innovation of institute,and the construction of ability are ne eded.
