摘要
随着教育管理体制改革持续推进,高校深入发展迎来了严峻挑战。通过帕累托改进优化资源配置、实现帕累托最优成为校友工作开展、校友资源开发的理论依据和现实目标;结合高校发展特征,指出我国高校校友工作开展受开发理念、管理机制、支持力度及意识培育等方面的综合作用;基于此,提出校友工作有效开展需在完善工作机制、树立服务意识、加大扶持力度、重视校园文化建设和校友意识培育的多维框架内进行。
With overall reform of educational system, Chinese universities have been facing a grave challenge of surviving and developing.It is the theoretical basis and realistic goal of the alumni resource development to ptimize resource allocation by pareto improvement and achieve the pareto optimality. Combining with the specific character of Chinese university, this paper points out that the alumni work of Chinese university is affected by multiple factors such as development idea ,management mechanism ,support degree and consciousness cultivation. Moreover, the paper points out that it is imperative for Chinese university to conduct its reform, just like perfecting working mechanism ,intensifying service consciousness ,providing sufficient support ,strengthening the university cultural construction and the cultivation of alumni consciousness, in a multi--dimensional framework.
