摘要
随着中国高等教育改革的逐步深化,校友资源的重要性日渐显著,校友资源的开发日益深化。如何合理有效的开发校友资源,形成校友资源开发的可持续发展,笔者认为情感是可持续性发展的基础、双赢是可持续性发展的前提、校友组织是可持续性发展的保证。
With the gradual deepening of higher education reform in China,the importance of the alumni resources is be- coming more and more significant, and development of alumni resources is deepening. How to reasonably and effectily devel- op alumni resources,and form sustainable development of alumni resources？ The author thinks that emotion is the basis of sustainable development, win - win is the premise of sustainable development, and the alumni organization is the guarantee of sustainable development.
