摘要
有色及稀贵金属作为战略资源,在经济社会发展和国防建设中发挥着重要作用。目前,攀枝花有色及稀贵金属产业还处于成长阶段,攀枝花实施"6+2"产业发展战略,打造国家级新型工业化产业示范基地,发展壮大有色及稀贵金属产业是重要的战略支撑。本文在总结攀枝花市有色及稀贵金属产业发展的有利条件和不利因素的基础上,提出以镍合金、铝合金加工和镁、铬、钴、钪、镓等稀贵金属资源循环回收加工为发展重点,通过促进产业聚集,转变发展方式,积极发展循环经济,提高自主创新能力等手段,推进攀枝花市有色及稀贵金属产业持续健康发展。
As a strategic resource, Nonferrous and precious meta plays an important role in the economic and social development and national defense construc- tion. At present,Panzhihua nonferrous and precious metal industry is still in the growth stage, The final goal of the implementation of the ＂6＋2＂industrial de- velopment strategy in Panzhihua is to build a strategic supportt for the national new demonstration industri- alization base , developing and expanding the Non-fer- rous and Rare metals industry. Based on the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors, in Panzhihua Non- ferrous and Rare metals industry .this paper Put for- ward the thoughts to promote the Panzhihua nonferrous and precious metal industry .the train of the thoughts is to make the Nickel alloy, aluminum alloy processing and magnesium, chromium, cobalt, scandium,gallium and other precious metal resources recycling processing as the key point ,by the way of promoting the industrial agglomerationm, transforming the mode of devilopment, developing the recycling economy, improving the capa- bility of independent innovation and other means,ad- vancing Panzhihua Nonferrous and precious metal indus- try sustained and healthy development.
