摘要
介绍了攀枝花钒钛铁资源的利用现状。对采矿、选矿、炼铁过程中产生的二次资源的综合利用进行了探讨并提出如下建议 :对采矿中产生的铁品位低于 2 6%的贮矿采用粗粒抛尾方式以降低磨矿成本 ;用磁选工艺从炼钢钢渣中回收铁 ;从磁尾中回收钛应加强微细粒钛的回收 ;从铁水中回收钒应注重产品深加工。
Present situation is described of comprehensive utilization of Panzhihua Mine's resources of vanadium, titanium and iron. A discussion is made of comprehensive utilization of secondary resources from mining, mineral processing and iron smelting operations. Some proposals for their comprehensive utilization are made: for stores ores that ω(Fe)≤26%, tailings are discarded at coarse size to reduce milling cost; iron is recovered from steel slag by magnetic separation; recovery of fine titanium minerals should be strengthened to recovery of fine titanium from magnetic tailings and attention should be paid to further processing of products in recovery of vanadium from melten iron.
